2018 PSC Houston Pro Soccer Combine player Daniel Eyo has earned trials with USL outfit San Antonio FC.
The Texas-based club attended previous PSC combines in search of a frontman, but failed to source a player matching their criteria. PSC Director Tom Taylor witnessed the 18-year-old’s impressive performances during PSC’s Houston tryout event, and recommended the striker to San Antonio’s coaching staff – who offered Eyo an opportunity to trial with the squad.
In the run-up to the combine, Eyo netted 11 goals in 12 games for Gulf Coast Premier League side Louisiana Fire during their 2017 campaign. The USASA-affiliated Amateur Elite League has produced a host of this year’s Houston tryout attendees, several of whom showcased to a high standard during the event.
All of the staff here at PSC would like to wish Daniel the best of luck during his trial period with San Antonio FC.
