PSC are proud to announce another women’s success story in Sweden as Gabrielle Ewing has signed with Skovde KIK.

Ewing becomes the 5th player to sign for Skovde from PSC and the 9th lady PSC have placed in Europe this season. The central midfielder received interest from a number of sources following impressive displays at PSC’s 2019 Women’s pro soccer tryout in LA.

We spoke with the Concordia University graduate to find out her feelings:

“This is my first time out of the country! I am excited to see where my game can go. I know I have a lot to grow and develop as a player and I think that this experience will help me with that.”

We asked why she chose to chase her dreams at our combines, and what she thought of the event:

“After I finished my college season, I was far from ready to walk away from soccer and my head coach recommended the combine to me. The combine organization was great, I knew what I was supposed to be doing at all times. I enjoyed the entire experience and got great feedback from the staff and coaches.”

Ewing becomes the second women’s player placed from Concordia following Hannah May Kimsey’s two seasons with QBIK in 2015-16.
