Afetr an impressive 2022 season in a struggling team Mo Adesanmi is returning to Iceland, this time with UMF Grindavik.
The central defender was placed with Fjolnir in the 2022 season in a year that did not turn out as expected for player or club. Nevertheless, Adesanmi was able ot use the platform she was given to showcase her abilities within the league and earn a second contract back in Europe for the 2023 season.
Mo was one of 11 women’s players PSC placed in Europe in 2022 and becomes the 2nd PSC player of 2023 to sign a pro contract in Europe with more to be announced in the coming weeks.
