The 25-year-old impressed a variety of coaches during this year’s tour of Sweden and Finland, and expressed his excitement and thanks in being presented with a trialling opportunity.
“I am very excited about the prospect of trialling with Hibernians FC, they are one of the top teams in Malta with a fantastic reputation,” said Jones.
“PSC has been fantastic in helping me to get to this stage, the tour of Sweden and Finland helped significantly. It allowed me to get in front of multiple professional coaches and ultimately led to this trial,” he continued.

“My experience during the Elite Tour was fantastic, everything about the tour was extremely professional,” he said.
“It is clear the staff have a passion for helping players progress and develop to the next level, it is refreshing to see. All of the players were very well looked after across the tour – from training, games, hotels and food; the attention to detail was superb,” Eddie continued.
Furthermore, Jones was quick to offer advice to any individuals who, like him, are looking to make it into the professional game.
